The Management and Preservation of Paper Archives for Third Parties is today one of our primary services rendered to companies and organizations.
We can offer alternative custody solutions:
- Wooden boxes of 6 or 8 meters wide , internally equipped upon request, for the preservation of live archives.
- ISO-type steel container 32 cubic meters, padlocked upon request, in case privacy is required.
We provide cataloging, packaging and transport to our stores. Material requested by the Customer for consultation can be sent by fax, e-mail or by our staff directly at the Customer’s offices and collected after consultation is complete. We guarantee an efficient and quick service, saved and updated entries and exits managed via software. The archive service allows our Customers to assign the premises currently in use for their archives in a different way and to redirect the staff employed there in to other uses. Optical archiving allows to archive corporate paper documents on optical media and thus obtain great benefits.
